How to Clean a Ornamental Fence

Is your ornamental fence looking dirty and dingy? Don’t worry. We have the solution. Cleaning your fence has never been easier and you won’t believe how bright and new it will look once you’re done.

Fill a bucket with warm water. Add a mild soap and mix to create suds. Dip a sponge in the mixture and coat the fence in suds.

Use a scrub brush to get dirt and other debris from the surface of the fence and in between each little nook and cranny.

We recommend that you thoroughly wash one section of the fence at a time, taking care to focus on each side before moving on to another section.

Once you’ve scrubbed away the dirt, grab a water hose and rinse all of the soap off. Be sure that no residue is left over as this could affect the coloring of the fence.

Towel dry the fence. This prevents rust and water spots that might detract from the attractiveness of an ornamental fence.

Clean your fence like this every so often to keep it looking fresh and lasting longer. If you’re in need of new fence, don’t hesitate to call on us to help you out.
