Wood Fences For All Your Needs

If you’ve decided to get a fence for your property, congratulations! Once you know for sure that you want a fence, there are several types to choose from to keep your space safe and secure. Depending on your needs, you may need a privacy fence, a farm fence, a security panel, a deer-proof fence, or any number of other uses. Although there are many fence styles out there, you could handle all of these needs with a wooden fence. Let’s talk about how a wooden barrier could solve any (fencing-related) problem you may have.

Commerical

Many people think of wood fences as a purely residential type or chain link as one of the only options for commercial fencing. The truth is that you can make a wood fence work for your business security needs. Not only do wood panels come in a variety of styles and colors, but they’re certainly strong enough and secure enough to deter criminals.

Residential

Wood fencing is a classic option for homes. While the quintessential American white picket fence has been vinyl for many years, it started as a wood fence. You can have a wooden fence installed in all sorts of styles to fit your home’s aesthetic, including the standard picket fence, horizontal or vertical boards, and panels for a variety of height needs.

Deer-Resistant

In our area, deer roam free and can certainly wreak havoc on your garden or yard if given the chance. Simply putting up a fence is a great deterrent and having a tall fence that deer can’t jump over or a sturdy one they can’t knock over is a wonderful start to protecting your yard from wildlife.

Wooden fences are typically less expensive than other fence types and although they don’t last as many years as other fence types, they’re pretty durable and can still protect your property for a decade or more.
